During Brewery retail hours we are now sampling and filling growlers of 4 year-round flavors:
Blue & Gray Classic Lager, Fred Red Ale, Falmouth APA, and Stonewall Stout.
Lee's Retreat BrewPub hours:
Lunch and dinner Tuesday-Thursday 11am-9pm, Fri-Sat until 11pm. PUB PHONE 540-371-7799
All guests that join us during this time for lunch, dinner, or just a beer are encouraged to bring
their 1 liter fliptop, 2 liter fliptop,
64 oz screw cap growler and 1 gallon beer bomb for refills while they dine.
Additionally, at all times during brewpub hours, you can purchase 22oz bottles, and
swap out screw cap growlers and beer bombs.
No dine-in required.
Brewery retail hours through the rear retail door will remain the same,
Wed. 2-6, Fri. 3-8, Sat. 10-1 for growler fills, party pig refills and 22oz. bottle returns and keg sales.
(Please place your order for pigs and/or kegs 24 hours in advance).

We fill hombrew cornelious kegs. A $5 surcharge applies if we have to clean or sanitize.
We can't provide 5 gallon sankey kegs for home dispensing systems.

Beer donation policy: Blue & Gray Brewing donates beer for free to 1 event a year. That event is set, and will not vary.
All other donations may be in the form of beer at wholesale 20% discount to registered not-for-profits.
We also may contribute dispensing equipment and delivery and setup services.

About Blue & Gray Brewing Company
The Blue & Gray Brewing Co. opened in Fredericksburg on March 17, 2002. Before that, Fred Red Ale and the Blue & Gray Classic Lager were brewed at other microbreweries in Virginia. We listened to customer input and perfected our recipes before we started brewing in Fredericksburg. Blue & Gray Brewing Co. now offers Falmouth American Pale Ale and Stonewall Stout for a total of four flavors year round. We also offer Spiced Winter Ale for Thanksgiving through January, Chocolate Raspberry Stout for January-February and Virginia Hefeweizen Memorial Day through Labor Day. |
