Mardi Gras is early this year; Tuesday, February 21st. Carnival Week is this week which we kick off with our new DAILY happy hour from 4-6pm. Enjoy pints of your favorite year round flavors for only $3 each.

You know your local brewery and brewpub prides itself on using local farm fresh products on our menu. That's Virginia fresh chicken in that Chicken Gumbo next week! What about the meat in the alligator meatballs? Would you believe we found a dazed and confused gator at the City Dock in Fredericksburg last week? Animal lovers that we are, we put him out of his misery.

A story too tough to believe? Why not come to the Brewpub and have some Minor Dementia Imperial Stout (13% ABV) or Borman's Belgian Style Ale (9% ABV) and let us tell you the rest of the story. After your second pint you not only believe the story, you're asking for a second plate of alligator meatballs!
